“Immediately after completing my degree in Marketing Management, I joined GfK as a Project Manager on 1 January 2008. The choice to work for GfK was easily made; the job seemed challenging and its informal nature appealed to me. I am still pleased with my decision.
As a Project Manager, my focus is now on the financial market. The appeal of this is that, as a project manager, you are involved with a project from beginning to end. The moment the consultant sells a project to a party, I am contacted to take on the process. This entails drawing up questionnaires, ensuring the correct target group completes the questionnaire, determining the most suitable way of analysing and reporting and the eventual writing of the report together with the consultant.
For me, the most appealing part of being Project Manager is the social aspect. I have a great deal of contact with clients, at large insurance companies and banks, but within GfK I also deal with a lot of colleagues and departments. The motivation of the project team and serving the client in the best possible way is my driving force in this process.”
