“I joined GfK in Dongen on 1 September 2011 to set up the Recruitment department. The growth expectations at GfK demand focus, and the 18 years of experience I have in recruitment are helping me realise this.

Success starts with enthusiasm. My choice for GfK is motivated by the contact with colleagues and the professionalism in the recruitment process. I have recognised this professionalism across the organisation, as I get to know it better. I see a large dose of knowledge, passion but also open and spontaneous social interaction. Individual input and initiatives are encouraged and supported by all parts of the organisation. GfK teaches me to keep looking ahead, and not to stand still. This is apparent in the clear objectives that are realised.

I joined the company with enthusiasm, I was pleasantly surprised and the organisation gives me the energy to help build a magnificent company, based in a welcoming building, designed around the wellbeing of the employees.
